We offer a free initial consultation to assess your situation. In appropriate cases, we act on a "no win, no fee" basis - ensuring financial pressure does not prevent you from pursuing a strong legal claim.
If your case qualifies for a "no win-no fee" arrangement, your success fee will not exceed 20% of your settlement figure. Other advocates charge 33%+GST - or more.
In most of our cases, clients pay a deposit to retain an advocate, and will only be liable for more fees if their case is successfully resolved. All terms regarding fees are sent to new clients, before any fees become due.
In cases where the client requires one-off "ad hoc" services, we charge $220+GST per billable hour.
